This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and billing queries are handled for That Space subscriptions and services.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on either a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing portal, Stripe Customer Portal, or by contacting hello@thatvirtualspace.com. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account, organisation, projects, User Content or personal data.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Where a refund is required by applicable law or agreed by DGL MEDIA AGENCY LTD T/A That Space at its discretion, the refund will usually be processed through Stripe to the original payment method.
Billing errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible at hello@thatvirtualspace.com with the billing email, invoice reference if available, and a description of the issue.
Plan changes
Upgrades may take effect during the current billing period. Downgrades may take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated in the billing portal or agreed separately.
