Refund Policy

1. Overview
That Space provides bespoke digital services, including immersive 3D environments, virtual experiences, and digital twins. Due to the custom and project-based nature of our work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with UK consumer law and the terms agreed in each project contract or Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Bespoke Services
All services provided by That Space are custom-made to client specifications. Once a project has commenced, refunds are generally not available, as work begins immediately and resources are allocated specifically to the project.

3. Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a project before any work has started, and before onboarding or production has commenced, a full refund may be issued for any payments made, excluding any non-refundable administrative or third-party costs already incurred.

4. Cancellations After Work Has Begun
If a project is cancelled after work has started, refunds will not be provided for completed or in-progress work. However, at That Space’s discretion, a partial refund may be considered based on the stage of the project and costs incurred to date.
Any work completed up to the cancellation point will be delivered where possible.

5. Hosting and Maintenance Fees
Ongoing hosting and maintenance fees are billed monthly. These fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, but services can be cancelled with written notice in accordance with the agreed terms.

6. Faulty or Incomplete Services
If you believe a service has not been delivered as agreed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include fixes, revisions, or reasonable adjustments. Refunds will only be considered where issues cannot be resolved through corrective work.

7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you are a consumer (rather than a business customer), you may have additional rights depending on the circumstances.
